Our beef lung is manufactured in our own factory without additives such as sugar, corn, wheat, soy, colourings, bleaching agents, preservatives, meat flour, sugar or other fillers and is gently air-dried. Our air-drying technology is a modern interpretation of centuries-old meat preservation techniques.
