How it works

  1. Choose your products. Pick from our Fresh Menus, Air Dried food, chews and treats.
  2. Select "Subscribe". On the product page, choose the subscription option instead of a one-time purchase.
  3. Choose how often. Pick a delivery every 1 to 12 weeks, based on how quickly your dog gets through their food.
  4. Check out. Your first order ships as normal, and your next orders arrive automatically on your chosen schedule.

Payment

We'll charge your chosen payment method automatically before each delivery, at the subscription price shown when you signed up. 

Delivery

Subscription orders follow our standard delivery terms:

  • Orders of £49 or more get free UK delivery.
  • Orders under £49 cost £4.99 for delivery.
  • We deliver everywhere in the UK, with no extra charge for the Highlands, the Islands or the Channel Islands.

Managing your subscription

You're always in control. Log in to your account and go to Manage Subscriptions. From there you can:

  • Skip a delivery
  • Pause your subscription
  • Change how often you receive deliveries
  • Swap or add products
  • Update your address or payment details
  • Cancel at any time

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time, with no fees and no minimum number of orders. Cancel through your account, or email hello@fidelisdog.co.uk and we'll do it for you.

If you cancel, any discount you've already received stays yours. Orders already dispatched can't be stopped, but our standard returns policy applies to unopened items.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I subscribe to more than one product?
Yes. You can subscribe to as many products as you like, each on its own schedule.

Does the discount apply to every product?
Yes. The discount applies to all products available with the subscription option.
