As a structural protein, collagen ensures the tensile strength of connective tissue and can be found wherever elasticity and strength are important: in the skin, in ligaments and tendons, in cartilage, in bones, in skeletal muscles, in blood vessels and even in the teeth.
The rabbit meat used for the Rabbit Vital Chewing Sticks is relatively low in calories and fat compared to other types of meat, but rich in proteins and various B vitamins such as. Vitamin B12, which is involved in carbohydrate and fat metabolism and blood formation. Rabbit meat also has a high proportion of trace elements such as magnesium and iron, which are important for muscle and nerve development.
