Timeline
Spring 2016
Christian gets Pippa, a mongrel dog, from a friend. The friend gives him dry food. Ohh she's so cute, but the fur really stinks.
Spring 2017
Christian's first day at work in a dog food company that produces BARF.
There he learns all about the production of dog food and finds out how bad the dry food he gives Pippa is.
Christian starts with feeding Pippa a raw dog food diet. The coat definitely smells better.
Autumn 2017
Unfortunately, Pippa doesn't tolerate raw dog food and gets diarrhoea more and more often. After that she always gets home-cooked food from Christian, which Pippa tolerates really well.
2018
Christian now cooks for Pippa every day.
Her coat is shiny and Pippa is doing wonderfully.
2020
Does it contain everything? Christian is worried about whether his home-cooked food contains all the nutrients. He asks Reiner, his colleague from the company. He has the idea of cooking only the meat and then adding all the other ingredients such as vegetables, fruit and minerals. This way, all the nutrients are optimally preserved. Cooking is fun and now Christian and Reiner regularly cook for Pippa and Reiner's dog Barri.
2021
In the beginning, our colleagues and friends only wanted to try the food.
Now we're supposed to cook for everyone.
It's still fun, but it's getting more.
May 2022
Yay, we are starting our own company.
Fidelis is born.
We now cook in our own factory.
Wow, like home-cooked in Christian's kitchen.
July 2022
The test orders are running.
All test customers and test dogs are
happy and satisfied.
We finally go online in October.
We can hardly wait!
Oktober 2022
Our shop Fidelis online store in Germany goes online.
After many months of preparation, the time has finally come.
We all think: What do people say? Are our products well received? Do they like the design? Do the dogs like it?
We sit excitedly in front of the computer and then... finally the first order.
November 2022
We have now been online for four weeks and the 1000th customer has just signed up. Already over 100 reviews, most of them with 5 stars. Conclusion: The dogs love our fresh menus. Many customers have already ordered for the second and even third time. We are super happy and look forward to what is yet to come...
October 2023
We are celebrating 1 year of FIDELIS.
More than 2,000 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ reviews, 20,000 customers and more than 500,000 menus sold. We say thank you!
