What makes the frozen Fresh Menus special?

The menus are gently steam-cooked and then immediately shock-frozen. This preserves nutrients, flavor, and freshness – just like homemade food.

Are FIDELIS Fresh Menus complete and balanced?

Yes, all our Fresh Menus are designed as complete meals and fully cover the daily nutritional needs of an average dog. However, we recommend feeding a varied diet, as every dog is unique. Different types of meat, alternating vegetables, and various menus ensure a natural and diverse nutrient supply while adding more joy, variety, and flavor to your dog’s bowl.

How does the preparation work?

Remove the pouch from the freezer, let it thaw (in the fridge or at room temperature), then simply serve it in the bowl – done! No cooking required.

Can I mix and match the varieties?

Yes, you can freely combine your favorite varieties. Orders are possible starting from 12 pouches – mixed or single variety.

Is there a quantity discount?

Yes, there is. When you buy 24 Fresh Menus, you only pay for 23 – when you buy 36, you pay for 34. The cheapest product(s) are automatically deducted at checkout.

How long do the menus keep?

Thanks to shock-freezing, the menus have a shelf life of at least 12 months. The exact best-before date is printed on the label.

How is shipping handled?

The menus are shipped frozen via express delivery (DHL Express). Cooling is ensured through special insulated packaging and freezer packs.

How much food does my dog need?

We recommend feeding 2–3% of your dog’s body weight per day. For example, a 20 kg dog would get about 400–600 g per day. You can find more details below under “Feeding Recommendation.”

How long does it take to transition to the Fresh Menus?

We recommend a gradual transition over 5–7 days to allow your dog’s digestive system to adjust smoothly to the new food.
