Daily cut off time for orders

We dispatch all orders received before 2pm the same day (Monday to Friday) this excludes bank of public holidays.

Shipping within UK & Costs

For orders over £49.00, we offer Free Shipping UK wide (delivery time: 2-4 working days). Below this threshold, the shipping cost is £4.99

For an additional fee we also offer Express Shipping this can be selected at the checkout, we charge £6.99 for orders below £49 for this service and only £2.99 for orders over £49+
With this service your order arrives within 1-2 days.

Delivery Times within UK

Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer and if the item is in stock, delivery within UK usually takes place within 2-4 working days (standard delivery) after ordering (in the case of agreed prepayment, after receipt of payment in our account).

All order are shipped Monday to Friday only and deliveries are made Monday to Saturday depending on the carrier used for your location.

Where do we ship to?

We are happy to announce we offer shipping to the whole of the UK including the Scottish Highlands, Islands and Channel Islands.

We DO NOT add any surcharges for these areas, instead we have decided to abosrb this costs as a business to ensure your dog regardless of where you live in the UK can benefit from our great products at the same price as the rest of the UK.
